Alba House, York

The house was warm when we arrived (it was December). The house was clean and cosy. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and had everything we needed. We would book again.

Not a problem just for info . We had 3 cars, there was plenty of room for 2 cars and we parked a little bit down the road without any charges for the 3 car

It was very clean and roomy for the seven of us. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect.

Need a mat at back door for when it's raining floor got really dirty couldn't find a mop

Some bits need a little TLC, but is nothing major at all.

When we arrived the house was warm and the host very helpful. It has everything you need and more for your stay. The beds are very comfy. The property is in an excellent location for sightseeing central York and parking for two cars.

The property could do with another shower. Although there is a bathroom with a hand held shower. The shower in the en-suite is the only stand in and the cubicle is quite small. This is the only negative but it wouldn’t stop me going again or recommending the property.

The house was modern and is perfect for families. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the two parking spaces on the driveway at the front of the house were a real bonus. It was about a 15-minute walk into the centre of York. The house was also a short drive away from a large retail shopping park and indoor golf/bowling plus restaurants.

Short walk into the city centre, located in a nice residential area that was generally quiet. Good communication with host. Kitchen generally well equipped and beds comfy.

Internet did drop out a couple of times and was tricky to regulate the temp in the house (runs warm).
