Quality of house, cleanliness, parking, location, fridge/freezer cold when arriving, etc.

The large main bedroom, kitchen and three toilets were very suitable for our family of seven. Two car parks were a bonus.

The shower in the ensuite was very small. There was a washing machine but no dryer which made it difficult to get the baby clothes washed and dried.

Easy walk into Central York. Comfortable rooms and plenty of space

There is no shower in the main bathroom, just a hand held shower over the bath. Had to wash all the pots and pans as they were dirty

Everything, absolutely loved it. Perfect for us.

Stayed here with friends for a weekend and we had a great stay. The location is really easy for walking into York city, and the rooms were all really comfortable and clean. The two parking spaces were also a bonus

It would've been great to have another shower in the main bathroom - there was a shower head but nothing to hook it to which made it difficult to use.

Very clean, new, & comfortable - we felt as if we were the first to stay there!

- Ensuite shower could do with a rack to put shampoo etc - Curtain in living room needs stops at the end of the rail to stop the curtain flying off when opened - Electric socket next to bed by window has a gap around it - could be dangerous - Other shower is handheld - could really do with a bracket high up on the wall so can shower underneath - and a curtain
