"Superb"

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable and good value for money.

We didn’t like the fact that none of the bathrooms had locks on. This made it slightly difficult with a group of friends and think locks are needed.

"Very relaxing and enjoyable weekend with the family."

The house is very neat, not cluttered, with new and well-kept furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking if you're not eating out. Comfy sofa and beds. It is a very family-friendly home. Walking distance from the City Centre.

Tiny comments, which did not affect our stay: having a shower screen in the bathroom upstairs would have been nice, to avoid splashing. Slightly dusty in places.

"Great place to stay"

Very clean, plenty of room, good facilities, about a 15 minute walk into town. TV and WiFi worked well.

No egg cups 😞 Curtains fell off the curtain rail because they didn't have a screw hook stop.

"Lovely house"

The house was quite close from the city centre, like 15 min walk to the York Minster. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again.
