General ambience, decor, spacious ground floor, 3 loos!! Basic commodities. Owners very helpful & contactable. We loved it in general, and found the walk into the city centre reasonably acceptable for an 'older' age group - suggest a bus timetable for the property could be very useful :-)

We found the back double rooms a little cramped, with little room to pass one another, hardly any room to place luggage bags/cases we didn't want to empty completely or personal grooming items - the twin room was OK for our single guest. It was exceptionally hot, but not a lot anyone could do about that! There may have been fans somewhere, but we had little time to investigate - perhaps a good idea to have them temporarily available for unexpectedly hot periods in UK - in all 3 bedrooms.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location which despite being only a short walk from the city centre is also quiet and spacious.
