"Overall lovely house and pleasant stay."

Easy check in & out. Not far from city centre. Happily provided good quality highchair and travel cot for our little lady, which was greatly appreciated. :) Spacious and well decorated.

We think a full sized ironing board may be more practical and toilet seats didn’t seem to fit properly. On reflection, we thought it was a little expensive too but this may have been because of the York races?

A great little home away from home! location was great as only a few minutes from most places, host was lovely and very accommodating. Beds were really comfortable.

The only negative was the main shower is a little small.

"2 night stay with extended family"

The house was in a good location and a good size for 7 of us. The instructions for entry and departure were nice and clear. The bottle of wine went down well!

The kitchen floor was very sticky, such so, that the strap on my flip flip broke! Would have preferred locks on the doors of the toilet/bathrooms.

"Great house, great location & well managed"

The house was very clean & comfortable. The location was a short walk to the city centre & on a nice street. Easy to "check in & out" at site. Very well managed property. Parking for 2 cars comfortably.

We stayed on a warm weekend & the back bedrooms got very hot. We opened the windows wide but if had been with children this wouldn't have been possible.

"Modern, comfy, clean and well equipped...all that you could need."

The amount of space for 4 or 5 people is great, and the outside space is lovely for a glass of wine to unwind. The house was super clean, the beds very comfortable, and the house equipped with all that we needed. Jo was also speedy in replying to messages and very accommodating around our questions and requests. Thanks for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

The sofas could be a little more squishy (hardly a problem though!).
