One of the guest woke up covered in bites when we looked the bed was full of bed bugs. We left the property early as we where not prepared to spend another night in an unclean apartment.

1 of the 3 bedrooms was not accessible. It says in the title : “Modern Spacious 3 Bedroom apartment” which it clearly isn’t if 1 of the 3 bedrooms is not accessible! My son is in a wheelchair and has trouble moving so in need of a proper bed, which means I and another guest slept on the sofa for the entire stay. (The 2 sofas, where in the description states that it is not suitable for larger guests, which I can confirm!) Above all this we found the remaining rooms with the mattress next to the bed and covers on the ground. For all this a 200 pound refund, which is less then 10% of the total reservation cost!
