Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Could have been a little warmer. The house not the weather.

There was so much space, all the kids was able to have a little privacy and quiet time when needed. The place was very clean and welcoming with everything you could possibly need such as cooking equipment, including a slow cooker which came in handy for longer days out.

Not being able to heat the property as required was difficult. Although I was able to contact the owner and ask for the heating to go on, I didn’t want to be a nuisance. My children have medical conditions and keeping them warm was difficult. This wouldn’t be an issue for most guests and would not affect us in the warmer months.

Location, size and everything you need for a short stay like towels toilet roll hand soap etc

Under beds were dusty. When leaving the property checked under bed to make sure we hadn’t left anything and there was a lot of dust and a sanitary product from a previous guest. Pans need updating, frying pan was unusable. Made clear on the website that the owner is at the back of the property, one of the guests was on their own when the owner used the fridge at the back of the property and got quite a fright hearing someone moving around.

The location was fab! Round the corner from the bus stop that takes you to the pleasure beach. Morrisons local across the road and lots of space.

Beds and needing need updating, aswell as the towels, some had holes in.

Amazing size and space, great for a family gathering like we had and perfect location for Great Yarmouth, we used it as a base for our day outings, the dog even felt at home. It's not a very modern place except the kitchen but it's a great place if you just need a base for a weekend. Great that there is a Morrisons local just opposite as well very handy.

The parking, it can't be helped but was frustrating to come back after a long day out and have to park half a mile up the road.

House was great size perfect for us, we often find it hard to get a house this size that offers enough single beds for adults who don’t share a bed. Everything we needed was there

Excellent place to stay, it is fully equipped. Home from home. 9 people stayed but you could easily have the maximum number of people and you wouldn’t be squashed. We even cooked a full roast dinner. Played games in the evening. Parking not a problem, we had a mini bus parked outside the property A local Morrison on the corner and pub, short walk to the beach, but also very quiet. We went In November it was quite chilly, heating is controlled remotely sent message and heating turned up straight away. Excellent value for money.
