"Fantastic stay and already planning our next stay."

It was in a very quiet residential area. Very close to the beach and a good selection of shops within a short walking distance. Also very pet friendly. The owner of the property was very helpful and professional with the booking and a couple of questions discussing the property and booking. My partner left her watch there and the owner went down personally to have a look for it after we left. He found the watch and posted it back to us. We have already discussed when we are going back and can’t wait to stay there again.

"We all had a fantastic time and travelling down the piers was really fun using the tram."

Beautiful house with very comfortable beds. Kids loved the hot tub and we all enjoyed a lovely family bbq. I loved the kitchen area and the lay out of everything, made cooking dinner very easy.

The stairs were a little step so had to watch the little ones closely but I think this is common in English properties.

"Great stay, needs cleaning better"

Beds were very comfortable. Spacious garden with a nice bbq. Lovely decor and good hot tub. Very close to shops, restaurants and beach. Dog friendly. A nice welcome gift.

The cleaning could have been better. There were spiders in cupboards and draws, floor and bathtub was dirty. Water came out brown first time using the bathtub taps.

clean, comfortable house with everything that we needed available. hot tub is a good bonus too. the tram is only 5 minutes walk away which meant we didn’t have to use the car at all.

The owner was passive aggressive and unhelpful. I had to go to small claims court to return my deposit, where he faked an invoice for 'repairs' to a blocked toilet that had been an issue on arrival. It also transpired that he was watching me and my family for the duration of our stay taking notes on our car regs and physical descriptions.

Absolutely beautiful home!! We all have a wonderful Easter weekend spent at no.5 beds where extremely comfortable! The jacuzzi was lovely! All round brilliant stay! We would love to come back in the future!
