Family Holiday with Hot tub , Family groups only

We liked the house the location how close it was to Bispham tram stop. The hot tub was a great addition too.

Can't think of anything we didn't like my only suggestion would be a slow cooker

Host was very accommodating and friendly to deal with. The house was stunning and even better than the pictures. Very welcoming feel, amazing facilities and great value for money! We had a great stay thanks!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND- We do not normally write reviews, if ever but this property and owners deserve one. This property is OUTSTANDING to say the least. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 children (14years old + 10years old) and this was more than we could of imagined. From the entrance to the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, massive conservatory (which is where the hot tub is, which is easy to use and very good for the kids and adults) this house is high spec and definitely a 5* ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It doesn’t actually say how many people the property sleeps but downstairs bedroom 1 has 1 double bed and a walk in shower, upstairs has 2 bedrooms both with 2x double beds and downstairs has 2x sofa’s which I believe can be sofa beds but we didn’t use these so don’t quote me on that. Property also has a downstairs toilet with a wash basin, kitchen is immaculate with a washer, dryer, fridge, coffee machine, tea, coffee and sugar. To finish upstairs bathroom is very spacious with a double walk in shower and a free standing beautiful bath. Hope this helps people in the future.

We just returned home after a fantastic time, it really felt like a home from home, our 1 year old was free to explore without being confined to a hotel room. We had 4 children with us including 2 teenage girls and there was more than enough space, everyone was really comfortable and it was really nice to have all the facilities to come back to after a busy day. The little added extras such as a bottle of Prosecco on arrival were so lovely, and of course everyone enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks we will definitely be back

Great location. Tidy and attractive decor. Helpful staff who quickly fixed a very minor issue. Well equipped kitchen and great hot tub. Most areas very clean.

Blinds on all bedrooms very flimsy so bright in all rooms as soon as sun rose. Some areas needed a good dust.

Very modern. Spacious. Free off road parking. Secure garden. Hot tub. Welcome gifts and tea/coffee provided. Well equipped. Dining table. Decent WiFi. I was informed of a minor plumbing issue on the morning of my stay, but it had been rectified before I arrived. A fuse tripped whilst there but within mins of calling, someone came to sort and all fine thereafter. Therefore definitely friendly and helpful owner/staff.

With the very wet weather it was frustrating that not all of the small windows would shut properly so it was a little drafty and noisy. Not a major issue but worth rectifying I’d suggest as some guests may be more put out. Overall I’d definitely recommend to other people.

Great location, very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and the hot tube was fantastic!!! Owner is very good with communication and incredibly helpful through out the stay
