Lovely house with everything you need. Good value for money. Hot tub was a great feature. Close to tram stop

Had no problems

The hot tub was our reason for booking and it didn’t fail to please

It’s quite far from the main promenade but there is a taxi office at the top of the street so it’s not a big issue

House close to tram,and other amenities.Host was very friendly,though we spoke on phone and was prompt to answering questions. Quiet and clean environment and good parking.

No friendly neighbours

The Location was perfect. It was quiet and a safe place to take night walks to the beach. There are also local shops to get things you need.The Jacuzzi was exceptionally lovely.

Nothing

Cleanliness. Thoughtful touches - water left in fridge, complimentary spirits (if you drink). Wifi. Hassle free entry to property with communication from the host via email. Location - close to front, trams to Blackpool and taxi company around the corner. Nearby Sainsbury's and places to eat. We didn't use the hot tub so can't comment on that. Large rooms. Parking.

Cheap uncomfortable mattresses and pillows - especially downstairs mattress which is not fit for purpose. Lack of furniture in bedrooms. Tiny downstairs toilet with integrated sink. Electric shower in corner of downstairs bedroom (these two things do not constitute a second bathroom!) Size of towels provided (size of hand towels) which were not soft - bring your own. Poor blinds throughout; prepare to wake up a 5am in the summer. Exterior of property is unsafe - broken, uneven patio area, weed ridden broken and uneven driveway. Upstairs shower tray does not drain properly. Lighting harsh. Black and white decor; almost everything was painted black with black carpet (except walls). Weird plastic cladding on the ceiling. Outside light didn't work.

We had a great stay & our 8 & 13 year olds barely wanted to leave the hot tub. The TV's in each bedroom were ideal for the kids too. Showers & bath were great too. As others have mentioned, you have various takeaways, pubs & a supermarket all within a few minutes walk. The tram stop is also a short walk away if going to & from the pleasure beach etc.

The only slight downside was that we were reluctant to make any kind of noise as the owner advised us on the 1st day that they've previously had a few issues with neighbours fabricating stories regarding noise levels. This meant we were reluctant to use the garden for a BBQ which we had planned on doing & didn't have music playing whilst in the hot tub which we'd normally do. This was not the fault of the owner though & to be honest we were probably just overly careful as we didn't want to cause any issues for them.

Beautiful house and very central for community to nearby attractions

Could do with table and chairs outside for eating and relaxing in the sun.

Very Clean, lovely comfortable beds, tvs in every bedroom. Hot tub - Amazing. Everything on your doorstop you could possibly ask for - Supermarket, lovely Restaurants (too many to choose from) 😀 beach just a short walk, tram so close too. After a long drive was lovely too not have to use the car for anything.
