Family Holiday with Hot tub , Family groups only

From the very beginning the host was really friendly and helpful. The hot tub! The space was great. Coffee, tea, sweeteners, washing up items inc black bags etc, this is rare in a rented home. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Abt 8-10 min drive to Tower and centre. Tram stop not far so easy to get around. Digital lock so everyone could come and go as they pleased. Parking on drive and road. Local taxi firm around the corner.

House was a tad cold but it was middle of winter and it snowed! Couldn't open the windows in front bedroom but maybe a safety issue.

The location was perfect.

There was no sink for downstairs bedroom.

The hot tub and garden area is what really made the place unique and as it was cold outside sitting around the electric fire was also very welcoming.

The only shame was the check-in was later than most at 16:30 with no accommodation for an early check-in or later check out.

I booked this property after having a bad experience and leaving a property I had booked in Bolton. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The property has everything you need. It is clean and organised. The location is lovely and close to all local shops. It’s nice and quiet at night. I travelled with two babies and a pre schooler and they were comfortable. The property is nice and warm as the heating is amazing which is a pro for the winter. The hot tub is amazing and has nice strong jets. It’s also indoor so you can use it no matter what the weather is like. You can watch Netflix and there’s a tv in every room. There is a toilet downstairs and a shower and there’s a shower, bathtub and toilet upstairs. The owner is lovely, accommodating and helpful throughout the whole stay. He is easy to contact and responds promptly. I would definitely book again. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the neighbours aren’t supporting the owner and complain about the noise however we never had any issues.

Property was great very comfortable and warm. Had good communication with owner for anything we needed. Was definitely the way to go rather than a hotel and to top it all off the hot tub was just the best part.

Everything. This place is amazing. Everything is stunning. Has all you need & more. Honestly cannot think of 1 fault. A few of the reviews mentioned the neighbours. We had no issues with them. A couple of them even approached us to ask where we from & were asking if they could see our dog. We found them friendly enough. There's great local takeaways & shops, beach & tram stop within minutes walking. Perfect location. The house itself was spotless & the owner was very friendly & approachable if we required anything. It's clear a lot of thought, effort & money has went into this house. The hottub was amazing & the kids loved it! We are already planning our next visit!
