room was dirty and we had cockroach traps in the bathroom and we killed the first one and caught the second one in a cup and took it to the front desk and the person there said he would refund our room but I called there today and he said he cannot refund it it has to be done through booking.com. we were only there 15 min or so and will not stay there again. how can i get refunded?

Location

Dirty, toilet had yellow ring at water line. Only one wash cloth. No toilet paper roll holder. No Kleenex. Dusty. Only flavored coffee creamer, No ice bucket. No chair other than desk chair. No hooks or closet to hang up clothes no bathroom fan The room next to us was loud! In the AM you could smell Indian cuisine all the way down the hallway

I believe they gave us an upgrade with a king size bed and a jacuzzi for two, that was amazing, but it was awkward because the bathroom was directly connected to the bedroom, even the toilet. So you can imagine.

They never clean our room although we stayed 3 nights. It was complicated to communicate with the staff, most of them don’t speak English

Beds were comfortable

Things broken in room: deadbolt and door chain, a/c heater, fridge on ice cold only, shower water flow VERY low, furniture handles fell off, desk chair unusable, cable tv wire was half ass wired up the wall, mold on bagels.

The location was great for an event we were going to 5 minutes away...

Where do I even start. Staff was very rude and didn't understand anything you were asking. We had 4 people in our room. Only 2 pillows for each bed. 2 of the folks were over 80. We asked for a few extra pillows and an extra heavy blanket. They brought 1 pillow and no extra blanket. We told them why and they said, " no we can't do it" Breakfast was terrible. Cold food that should have been hot. Juice was watered down. Coffee was like think as ####. Beds very very uncomfortable. The hair dryer did not work. The a/c didn't work. When we checked in I told them I had a reservation and they said ok. They said for 1 king bed. I responded no. 2 queens. I had to tell them my last name 5 times. The only good thing was the location I would like an email from them so I can talk to someone about the stay christopherheywood7@gmail.com I want to talk about a full refund for this experience I was having with my family at this place If I don't get a call we may never stay there again.

I have already made several complaints and attempted to get my money back. This hotel was absolutely disgusting, from mold in the shower to used tobacco pouches on the floor. If that wasn’t even it also felt very unsafe. The lock to the door was broken off and everything about the hotel screamed danger. I walked into the room, took pictures and left.

I did not like anything about the property, it was disgustingly dirty and trashy. I would never come back
