See in pics 2 dead mice. Roaches still on the walls on floor 3 forsure even in the halls. Most of the employees do not care or have any pride in their jobs. It's noticeable . This is how bad the cleaners are? They don't change the sheets, cause I've marked them. They've been there for quite a while and yet they seem to never check over the room before they leave. I mean, I cannot tell you how many times I've gone into a room and the TV not work or there's toilet paper missing or The lights are on in the bathroom, or there's one pillow on 1 bed and 3 on another stuff like that, although shut the light off at the lamp. So when you walk in and flip the switch, no lights. Come on, notorious, for that, heater cranked up to 100 It's like why? Do you guys keep your rooms that hot too? idiots..

I mean, I don't think you can put a value on shit, literally coming all the way from the very tippy, top of command. I just can't believe they haven't reached out to me or anything instead, they already did something in spite of my reiview posted hours ago. What they did was really shitty. Uh, pretty inhumane like it's a cowardly thing to do I won't mention it yet. Cause I'm not a 100% on it. And if it pans out like they wanted to pin out, there'll be litigation involved, and I will get back to you after all that happens. So i'm not trying to compromise our upper hand here.

The bed was comfortable

Black mold in the bathroom and dried toothpaste on the sink, holes in the walls, had not been cleaned well. There was an empty potato chip bag behind the door and a dirty cup behind the bed stand. This room needed many updates and repairs. Buy a new lampshade for Pete’s sake! It was all taped together. The trim on the tv stand is loose…a little glue would go a long way there. The room also had room for and needed a comfy chair to relax in after a long day on the road. We had stayed here a few years ago and thought it was a very nice hotel, but it has gone to the dump since then.

Awful rooms. Whole place smells, stains everywhere, bedding wasn't clean, toilet didn't flush, bathroom door had been kicked in, lighstwitch didn't work. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
