The location was great. Security is good.
On our arrivial we knocked for 30 minutes on the gate and some stranger opened up for us there was no one to welcome us.We stayed 5 nights with unchanged linen and towels and bins,we requested for change we were told to pay +-R700.We didn't have washing machine as we requested it before we check in that we could wash linen or clothes by our self.

The address on booking.com is incorrect, I had to uber twice in the rain. Please update the address to Ivory on Kloof.
The bed, it ddnt have headboard. I keep hitting the wall. The TV remote, some buttons ddnt work.

THE LOCATION AND SECURITY WERE GOOD There was good coffee and milk provided but the coffee pot is broken
The host did not provide me with the details to access the apartment. They sent a mail to say that check in would be later and I replied asking for a time and they did not reply to me. They misspelt the WIFI code so was not able to access wifi for the first night. I did manage on the second night and thereafter. There is a bad smell coming from the shower. I left the door open and it seemed to improve the situation. The walls are thin so I could hear everything in the other apartments
