"A lovely property which gave us a well earned break"

It was very clean & tidy, and beautifully appointed

I would have preferred the hot tub to be open to the garden but can understand with the north easterly wind, why it has a fence around it. We also found one of the beds a bit soft.

"Beautiful house in a good location"

Within easy reach of Beamish Museum and Beamish Hall which is where we wanted to visit and lots of lovely places to choose from for Sunday lunch nearby. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas with lamps/ light on for our arrival and a very generous hamper of goodies supplied. Very well equipped with everything we needed and a nice message from the host after we arrived to check everything was ok. I would highly recommend The Chase.

"Luxury home with great access to amenities"

Fantastic location, easy access to all areas of interest. 15 min drive to Metrocentre or Beamish. The house is just stunning! Kim, the owner, sent lots of info prior to the visit and checked on us during the stay. Definitely returning!

Der Kontakt zur Hausherrin war sehr freundlich. Sie hat immer sofort auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und das Haus großartig für Kinder und Erwachsene.

Dass es keine Teekannen gibt 😉
