It had everything you could possibly need- full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room with big TV. Extremely clean & nothing looked worn out. Close to things I wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location. We had everything we needed - including Netflix! A very well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Leichter unangenehmer Geruch

Lovely cosy property in a great neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants and food stores within easy walking distance It was renovated to create a luxury feel with new appliances(w machine, dryer, oven , cooktop, microwave, fridge The large queen bed was very comfortable with luxurious sheets and pillows The kitchen was very well equipped for any meal you wanted to prepare and equipped with olive oil and coffee beans Whilst we didn’t have a vehicle our son had no difficulty finding street parking outside the property Information by the owner was very well communicated We definitely hope to return next year

It was a close proximity to the people I was visiting and an easy walk to shops, restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. I was on a bottom floor but felt safe. The bathroom was clean and the washer dryer was a great bonus. You are close to Balboa Park and North Park. This is the perfect place to stay if you are alone or if you are a couple.

Great location, close to the Balboa Park and public transport to downtown. The apartment was clean and well equipped for all needs and desires.

La localisation est plutot bonne dans San Diego. Les équipements sont plutot nombreux meme si nous aurions aimé avoir un lave vaisselle. Le voisinage est calme.

L'espace un peu réduit du logement Les pratiques du gestionnaire : Après avoir eu un retour positif suite au nettoyage fait après mon départ,(pas de dégats et appartement en bon état après notre départ) une semaine après je recois une demande dédommagement de 250$ pour dommages causés au logement. Voici le message reçu dans ma messagerie Booking après mon départ : "It was a pleasure to host you! 😊 I wanted to personally thank you—our cleaner mentioned everything was left in great condition, and we truly appreciate guests like you." Pourtant nous n'avons causé aucun dommage. Première fois que cela m'arrive de ma vie (en location courte durée, à l'hotel ou en location de logement longue durée). Gestionnaire à fuir. Ce genre de pratiques n'est pas honnete. J'éviterai donc gloabelement Near It All (agence de gestion de logements) pour mes prochaines reservations
