Perdika's Nest, family friendly house by the sea

Out of my four visits to Aegina, this stay was by far the best! 🏝️ If hosting were a sport, Kalliopi would be Cristiano Ronaldo — top of her game! 😄 The apartment was spotless, beautifully located with a stunning view, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Kalliopi is incredibly organized, thoughtful, and always ready with helpful advice. On top of that, she’s warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to spend quality time with us when we needed it. An unforgettable experience — thank you, Kalliopi!

Comfortable. We really enjoyed our walks to the port of Perdikha but hired a car after a couple of days to explore the island. Kalliope was a wonderful host - so helpful and all her recommendations were excellent.

A little on the small side and A/C a bit noisy.

It was a great stay. Really appreciated the information and interest points and usefull tips given by the owner and all the detailed instructions on finding the property.

We spent 2 beautiful nights in Perdika. The apartment is very comfortable, well-maintained and clean.
