Large family room

The bar playing music to no one was a nightmare till 2am what’s the point to driving the current customers away in the hope to get a few drinks sold. Would never suggest anyone stay here due to the music levels

The beds power points don’t even come close to the end so I had to charge my phone away from the bed every night or use my portable charger while in bed, the beach bar outside is fine but I feel like they have the volume way to high up for that venue and could turn it down a bit, even going to that bar on the beach it will make you deaf

Everything is perfect for me and staff are very nice and helpful.

Nothing

The most disgusting treatment I have ever received. The hotel staff were antipathetic and mean and did not want to help with anything. I was put in a noisy and dirty room and refused to move even though they had other rooms available. The rooms are not clean, there are many stairs and no elevator. The shower flow is weak and there is no hot water
