"A useful place to stay during conference season"

In a good neighbourhood, easy to walk into the centre. The instructions for how to get in the property could have been a little clearer but it was easy to resolve.

"Good for the price."

7min bus ride on 82 or 82a from Lime Street. Hotel had the feel of an Air B&B / friend's house.

Only one bathroom for 6-or-so rooms, although it was free whenever I wanted to use it. Some teabags / milk / sugar would've been nice, as the kettle in the room was kind of pointless.

Property is neat Safe and silent area. Necessary equipment available, including a fan which was much needed. Smooth check in process.

I thought it is near the city centre but it s a bit far from any nearby supermarket/ restaurant ( I should have checked this before hand though).
