Guest Rooms Near City Centre & Dock Free Parking

Lovely spacious room with a balcony, easy check in process, easy parking. Very clean, lovely fluffy towels.

Through all my communications we had been told that checkout was at 11am (with option to pay for a later checkout) however at 10am we were told that it was checkout time. Also had been informed that there was wifi in all the rooms, however the signal was so weak in our room that we ended up having to use mobile data

The location was a bit out of the way, but so simple to get to either via bus, Uber or just walking. The rooms were nice and easy to access, and the place was good value for the price. The staff also managed to fix an issue with the door shortly after it was reported, and the place felt really safe to leave my belongings while i was out.

The rooms were very hard to cool down as one of the windows wouldn't open, something that was a bit frustrating with 28⁰C outside. The kitchen also felt like it was lacking in utensils and it had way more pans than it did pots.

Spacious room, good value for money, quiet, and convenient to get to Princes Park Run by foot.

The carpet in the room could do with some freshening up.

The place is cheap and a good starting point to explore Liverpool. Bus station to the city is round the corner and it takes only 8-10 min to the centre. The cleaning woman was very friendly in the morning.

Room no. 1 has foils on the window glasses, no view outside, that felt claustrophobic and sad.

Good location. Approx 10 mins from Lime Street on bus (£2pp). Quiet residential road close to the Docks (10 mins from river front and a walk along the docks that takes you to the museums) and Baltic Triangle. Good kitchen with fridge,. Cooker and microwave available. Access instructions to the appartmentm

All good, except for felllow guest in the kitchen at 5.30am looking for a mug in every cupboard to make a cup of tea. Reminder this is a shared house.
