"On the whole a very pleasant, comfortable stay 🙂"

Cosy, ideally situated next to the pub which serves excellent food. The pub is mainly older clientele and did not get noisy, but had a really friendly atmosphere. Breakfast provided in the room in the form of cereals milk and juice etc ( in a small fridge) Good shower!

Mattress a bit soft for us. TV reception a bit glitchy ( not a problem for us as we mostly read when we’re away)

Lovely location, nice a quiet comfortable everything you need with a lovely welcome pack with enough breakfast in the room. Nice pub that serve’s really great food !!

"lovely stay excellent team there"

I found the place very easily using sat nav,the staff were so welcoming and nothing was to much bother for them. the room was lovely and although I prefer a bath the wet room was large and shower hot and powerful. I ate in the evening and food was very nice and again staff excellent.

Everything. Friendly, although not included in the accommodation the home pub cooking was generous, proper home made and set a new standard in fully packed meat pies! Plus yogurt and yummies left in the fridge, In the room. TV worked with out having to sign my life away. Shower was super good, towels folded into a round and tucked into them selves. Toilet paper left with a delicate fold. I could go on, but this place is well worth a bit extra. Lovey owners and great pub conversation.

Superb hospitality, very friendly staff and locals I travel around the country alone, so Donkey and Buskins for me, is a home from home. I always get the warmest of welcomes when I arrive. Definitely recommend. 👍

Everything. Jan and Alan are most definitely super hosts. All the locals are so friendly and chatty. The service from all the staff is exceptional and I cannot fault anything. Very good selection on the menu and the specials board. Having eaten there multiple times I have not had a meal that I wouldn't order again. I would highly recommend.

The staff went out of there way to help. The food was superb The bed was so comftable

Nothing it was probably one of the best places we have stayed in Highly reccomend
