LA CASA DI MARIO

The host was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the place was. Everything was thoughtfully prepared.

Like it very much, very convenient and clean property

The keys were in a box on arrival. Our host wasn't there but informed us of all the details needed by whats app including photos which was very helpful.

We got a bus up from the train station and didn't have any idea where to go. We asked the bus driver to stop at the Perledo Regalo stop but he stopped further up so it took us quite a while to locate the apartment as we started off in the wrong place. Make sure you get off at the Perledo Regalo stop not the one higher up the hill, then the apartment is only a few minutes away.

Mario was extremely responsive and helpful with the information about key collection. While the streets are windy and narrow, his exact directions helped us find the house - and it was gorgeous and in the most majestic little town within Lake Como. Loved it for our 1 night there, wish we could have stayed longer! Also, we easily found the walking steps down to the Lake. Yes, it is a little hike, but honestly not terrible going back up the hill if you are in shape.

There was nothing to dislike. The view, the walk down the hill, the apartment were all stunning!

We appreciate the hospitality and kindness of Mario. The appartement is top and clean. Mario was generous he offered us a ride from and to the center. We highly recommend!

Perfect little apartment, good base for walking tours around the Lake Como area. Instructions were clear and it had everything we needed for comfort inside.

There is no wifi in the apartment, and phone signal is poor. The parking is free for 4 hours per day, so you have to move your car if you arrive that way.
