"Stay was ok"

Location was good

Couldn’t reach the key lock from the office , had to ask my taxi driver to get it for me very dark and to high for me to see the numbers , we found a dead cockroach in the freezer and there were bugs crawling in the seal of the freezer . The apartment was clean enough tho , lifts very dated and a large bit broke of the door when we went to go in the lift , great balcony

"AVOID LIFT TO ODD FLOORS OUT OF ORDER"

Location

Lift out of order for my complete week,contacted booking.com didnt repond until my 2nd message and basically told there are to lifts, which one operates odds and other evens.lift had not been working before we got there going by another review,i am nearly 60 years old and walking stairs i do not enjoy especially in the dark and on top of that lugging huge suitcases up and down stairs because booking.com couole not be bothered to repair or notify me on the lift situation, I have in my possession paperwork that these lifts have been of great concern for well over 2 years Stayed here couple of times and this will be last time as its getting tired and grubby, also gangs of males in apartments shouting and screaming all night. Booking.com in benidorm in my opinion are failing miserably

Location was great, albeit a little noisy but suited us

Nothing really Try and do a google maps link for the key collection but the guys were great ( if no link just advise it is opposite the casino)

Excellent location,comfortable accommodation,large balcony a real bonus

No cleaning of the communal areas,someone had vomitted on the stairs and it wasn’t cleaned.didnt really affect us till the lift was broken for 2 days
