Rota's House III

The kitchen is not individual, but is created for three rooms and is common. The kitchen is equipped sufficiently for a short stay. The room is well equipped. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient for living. There is an express supermarket nearby (7 min walk), there is also a cafe and a restaurant. Keep in mind that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. Not a problem for me.

The kitchen needs to be upgraded with a microwave, a good extractor hood, because after cooking on the hob, there was a smell. The corkscrew for opening wine bottles was broken in the kitchen, I barely straightened the bent tip. There was no dishwasher detergent, because I am not used to washing dishes by hand. For three rooms - a very small refrigerator, it should be replaced with a larger one. There is no floor-length mirror in the room. The entrance door is very thin, good audibility from the kitchen. But I may be picky about little things, but I am basing this on the experience of equipping other apartments where I have stayed before.

Very stylishly furnished modern room, 15 minutes walk from the train station. Close to the center of Città Bassa, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed with memory foam pillows. Great that there is a balcony, unfortunately it rained our entire stay and we couldn't use it. Nice solution with a shared kitchen downstairs (although from the photos we got the impression that the kitchen was private in the room). Basic contact with the owner, but we got all the information we needed.

the place was clean, quiet and close to the train station. the bed was very comfortable with ergonomic pillows.

it would have been great to have two blankets for the bed. there was a big one for two people, but having a spare smaller one in the closet would be beneficial.

Central location. Stylish bathroom. The cleaner lady was kind. Small kitchenette included small fridge, and stove, plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery. Note: Kitchenette is shared between 3 rooms.

The location was noisy from early morning. Unfortunately the toilet was soiled on our arrival. The bed was uncomfortable for us. The kitchenette was shared, which was not clearly mentioned in booking info. The kitchenette included only 1 frying pan and 1 small saucepan for cooking. The wine bottle opener was broken.

Great location, nice room with balcony, enough privacy, nice kitchen.

Good location in the center, close to the bus stop, despite high temperatures the air conditioning worked properly. Additionally, a balcony with a view of the street is available. With the window closed, it is quiet despite the noise from the street.

A bit uncomfortable that the kitchen was shared by three apartments.
