Very convenient B&B for the Bedford flower show. Such a comfortable room , fluffy towels and very neat.

beautiful outdoor area. rooms are clean according to antique styles. easy check in. staff are helpful. easy to get to the restaurant. best beef burger you will ever eat. comes with aircon bed warmer, towels and you can request for iron or hairdryer. walking distance to rest of town. overall the place is super clean and comfortable. also the aesthetics is really nice that old age vibe and tranquil. it's really beautifully if you get a front room with the garden. you can speak with the staff to clean or not.

the price is really not worth it. there isn't much competition however for the sake of the best from the worst this is what you get. the owner isn't very friendly at the bnb compared to restaurant. pray for staff to help you. it's like a household and you just got a room on the side. it's really antique in the sense like just make do with what you can but for the area it's good.the bathroom is really spacious however no toiletries especially since you so far from proper shops shampoos and other items to make it better. if the restaurant is going on all night the sound will travel... however it was really clean. compete for undercover parking if you go out you might not get a parking inside also walk up stairs with luggage. no one to help or welcome you to the room. it's just the price they really need to maintain the room if you open the cupboards you see all the cracks of the old building. it's best though for what you get

Neatness of the rooms and friendliness

Parking is a bit awkward and end up waken up at 3am by other tenants to move my car whereas the car that blocked the way was not mine.
