NLUSProperty is great. Had great difficulty reaching the host so we could leave bags and/or check in. Didn’t answer calls or texts for hours on check in day. Link in text to connect is to the concierge was not live so not usable. Had to contact booking.com to have them finally reach the host and we got into the property nearly two hours after check in time. Not fun dragging roll aboard luggage over cobble stone for hours
GBBrilliant location opposite the main square, central for great shopping and food, short walk to the two towers. View from mezzanine is great. Very spacious, really well appointed with washing machine, kitchen, TV. We only stayed one night but the apartment would have been excellent for a longer stay too. We walked from the train station which takes 15-20 minutes straight along the Via dell'independenza. Very clean and modern.
The ceilings are low if you're tall (it's a roof apartment after all). It is on the top floor (there is a lift).The staircase to the mezzanine is a bit narrow and steep; fine if you're mobile and careful. The main door to the building was locked when we arrived. Someone left the building while we were messaging for assistance so can't comment how that would've been resolved otherwise; there is a building concierge kiosk in the lobby but most of the time it was empty. If you're likely to arrive at an unsociable hour it might be best to check ahead.
