Instructions on how to get in could be a little clearer.
ITself check in with clear instructions and prompt replying from the host when we needed it. The place is well equipped and comfortable in great location. Clean and quiet.
AULocation and the view. Charming building.
Only a few small things. Shower very small with no soap holder or any shelf to put anything except on the floor. It was charming to be in a loft but ceiling very low.
HK- Amazing location. Most destinations are within 10 min walking distance. Easily accessible by bus A in weekdays. - A quiet and relaxing apartment well equipped with things we need. Air conditioning x 2, Washing machine, iron.... Feels very new inside - Attentive and helpful staff that reply to us in timely manner. online check in prior to arrival. Clear instructions. - the building manager is there most of the time and luggage storage is available in weekdays?
Perfect for shorter people. Would recommend people taller than 170cm to be really careful walking in the apt.... there should be some buffer ie foam to protect head from hitting the ceiling beam? Lift only to the 4th floor then have to walk up 1 storey
USThe location is unbeatable. Piazza Maggiore and other city landmarks are right at the door. You can see the piazza from the window.

Very expensive but clashes with Italian F1 Grand Prix which did not realise

Not sure how to get the air conditioning to work strongly. Maybe just needs better instructions. For us it was not an issue as it was not too warm
