Great apartment, cosy, comfortable, clean and the location was great - the best!

Location just off Gran Via amazing, perfect size for 2 people, pleasant decors and well equipped. Decent shower and comfy bed.

I would have given it a 10 but couldn't make the cooker hob work (though there is a microwave) and the kitchen sink plug as previously reported still not fixed

Súper bien situado ,y con todo lo necesario (aceite,azúcar,secador,champú,gel...) Nos facilitaron cuna y trona para el niño Super recomendable

La calle,que era muy tranquila (y eso es bueno),también hacía que alguno decidiera usarla de "baño"... Aún así,sigo considerando la ubicación como muy positiva :)

Great apartment in a brilliant location for exploring the city. We walked to all the sites straight from the apartment. Clean and had everything we needed.

la ubicación, muy céntrico! La cama era cómoda y contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

No me gusto que estaba sucio , todo lleno de polvo que era incomodo respirar, el sillón lleno de siscos, el plato de ducha con pelos y la alfombra del suelo de pelos y sucia….Les enviamos un whatsa al respecto y ni contestaron.

Communication is key, especially when guests arriving late at night (10pm) . We arrived to find that the code for the key box was wrong so we tried the numbers supplied, no answer. We tried booking.com, hopeless. After wandering the street for an hour looking for alternate accomodation we received a call from the owners to be told that we had been given the wrong flat number. If you are renting a property with no human point of contact be available by phone! On a lesser note, hard pillows which seem to be common in Spain and the view from the flat is a white rendered wall.
