Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und in einem guten Zustand. Der Zugang war gut organisiert und hat hervorragend geklappt.

Alles war bestens!

La ubicación, a menos de 3 minutos de la estación de metro de Gran Vía. La facilidad del anfitrión para acceder al piso un poco antes de la hora de entrada para poder dejar las maletas. Todo estupendo.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was below expectations. The WiFi did not work, and despite sending multiple messages to the property, I received no timely assistance. I eventually had to fix the issue myself, only to find they had provided the wrong login details. On top of that, there was a constant loud noise, similar to machinery or ventilation, which made it very difficult to relax. I reported this during my stay, but the property only responded on my last day, when it no longer mattered. Safety was also a concern – a broken item on the floor pricked my foot, which was both painful and unacceptable in a place meant for guests. Overall, the property did not meet the standards promised in the listing. As a frequent Booking.com user, I found this stay disappointing and would not recommend it.
