Comfy apartment, we all enjoy our stay!!

Apartment was super lovely, bed comfy, smart TV, amazing location, hot shower and fully equipped kitchen

It smelt really bad of smoke. Someone had obviously stayed and smoked and we couldn't get rid of the smell even after airing apartment for a few days. Shower ceiling still looks like it's being repaired but this is minor. If it wasn't for the smell of smoke our stay would have been a 10

I usually book Heima apartments whenever I m visiting Madrid cause since the beginning I was extremely satisfied with the location , with the facilities of the apartments , their cleanliness and with the attention provided by the property managers. I could not imagine a stay in an other apartment but in Heima’s

Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The picture of the entrance to the building was a great help.
