Location was heel goed en erg vriendelijk personeel

Op het moment dat je het strand op ging vanaf het resort werd je constant lastig gevallen door mannen om spullen te kopen waardoor je niet rustig over het strand kon lopen.

The staff went above and beyond. Food was delicious, location Amazing and felt sooo safe.

Check in was a bit long however we did only book on the day and the wait was worth it. We even got upgraded :) thank you

Velmi priateľský personál, ubytovanie priamo na pláži. Veľké prekvapenie , ktoré bolo ako pozornosť , večera na pláži pre dvoch so servisom.

Ponúkaná strava bola dosť stereotypná.

Detta var vårt första hotell på vår bröllopsresa och det var helt fantastiskt! Inte nog med att vi fick en uppgradering till det bästa rummet närmast stranden, de överraskade oss med en magisk enskild middag på stranden. Det var så himla fint! Vårt rum var jättefint och hade allt vi behövde, svalt och skönt med AC, bra kylskåp att ha vatten i, och välstädat. Buffén och frukost tyckte vi var god och det fanns mycket att välja på. Stranden, den var så vacker, och det gick att bada även vid lågvatten om man gick ut en bit. Vi tyckte Sultan Sands var en riktig pärla, om vi ska nämna något så var sängen lite hård för oss, men som sagt, 10 av 10!

Best thing about hotel is that you can ask whatever you want and 99% of your wishes come true. As European I like some things made differently as they are in Africa but if you ask the hotel staff makes it! As example I can say they make awsome tuna stakes if you ask them! And they also add rum to your coconut if you ask. So the main tip is - ASK! Moreover, as experienced travelwr I have been reading reviews about the hotel and two things were very disturbing (a) that the selection of food os not very rich; and (b) that the tides make the sea go away for a far far way. To tackle that I shall say that (a) food is good and changes everyday, so even on 11 night stay you will have a varios optios to choose from (especialy if you are into sea food); (b) tides are constant but there was no day with out sea at your foot steps to the pool, meaning that some times you have to wait half a day before sea comes back but it eventualy does.

You can't have it all. The hotel is not in the crowded city therefore most usual (for European) options of shopping are not around. On the other hand you have all necesities inside the hotel.
