דירה חדשה, בניין שיש בו גימבורי חופשי לקטנטנים, שולחן פינגפונג, מכולת קטנה. 2 חדרי שינה גדולים עם מקלחת ושירותים. ספת סלון נפתחת. מושלמת למשפחה של 5 (אפשר גם 6 בלחץ). צמוד יש מרכז קניות גדול. חניה שמורה בבניין. מיזוג מצויין, מכונת כביסה ומדיח. מכונת נספרסו. בעל הדירה זמין מאוד ונחמד
