My second time booking this place for transit stay. I loved that the place has a smart tv - I can watch my Netlfix movies, chilling on a comfy bed whilst waiting for my flight, and the weighing scale was a plus - I am able to check if my luggages are good to go for the flight.

Pool was lovely and the room is cozy.

Check in was a bit of a mess - make sure they send the details in advance by text as we were waiting in the lobby for half an hour. Also there were only a couple of sheets of toilet paper.

Staff was accommodating, prompt in answering queries. Accessible location, superb amenities.

The room has a homey feel. It smells good and clean. I had a pleasant sleep as the bed and comforter was comfy. It has a smart TV - can watch YouTube, Netflix... The toilet is spacious and toiletries were provided. Additional points - washing machine (laundry detergent and softener provided too) can be used after using gym/ swimming pool access. Kitchen area has induction cooker, water heater, microwave and medium size fridge. Complete with dinner sets and utensils. Easy to grab around and order grabfood. Lawson is also just downstairs. Tight security. And of course Tina who is always of help.

When I had trouble shower in room, host would immediately help me out.

The host sent me checking in information on the day I arrived, which was for me on the way to there. I had no time to check it.
