Very comfortable bed, nice shower. It was very nice to see smart TV.

The neighbors were making a lot of noise and smoking from 12 midnight.

Large new apartment. Parking included in price. Good value for money. Good communication with host.

Needs more attention to details to make it cozy - no mirror in hallway/living room, no towels or sponges in kitchen, very small sink in bathroom, no hand soap. Not enough bed linen for 3 people, even clearly stated that 3 persons will stay here. Very hot in second floor, some better air circulation needed. Side of the sofa corner was falling apart.

We had a mixed experience at this property. The staff were highly responsible and responsive, quickly resolving our parking issue and even allowing us to park two hours before check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was clean, with modern and well-equipped kitchen facilities. The nearby bus stop with free transport to the city center was a fantastic perk, and the check-in process was smooth with reliable Wi-Fi.

However, the unit is clearly designed for two people, yet we were allowed to stay with four. Unfortunately, only bedding for two was provided, and the other two had to sleep on a sofa that was far too small and uncomfortable, even for children, let alone adults. They struggled to sleep and even fell off the narrow sofa multiple times during the night. Additionally, the bathroom’s shampoo dispenser and hand soap were empty, which was inconvenient. While the positives were great, the lack of preparation for larger groups and missing amenities made the stay less comfortable.

Great location and transport links! Very modern, clean, elegant apartment, though not the one pictured in the photos on Booking.com. The apartment's quality towels and linen were a welcome luxury.

There was no air-conditioning even though the information on Booking.com said there was. This was disappointing as it was a key reason why we booked this apartment. Booking.com said the host would meet us, but the host had emailed details to access the apartment, which was confusing. These points should be changed on Booking.com to ensure accuracy. Enough glassware for four people was not provided, but this should be easily remedied.

No lift to carry heavy bags also stairs doesn’t have side rails, which makes dangerous for kids. Apartment is on third floor

They had left an empty shampoo bottle. We had to drive and buy ours. The ac system was fixed and it was really hot inside. The pillows were a nightmare

Bathroom had no soap or shampoo.
