when we arrived after 15h, the room was not cleaned. it seems that it was a management system issue. At the end someone came and changed the sheets and the towels, but the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned and the garbage bin not emptied. it was a quite unpleasant experience.

Great location for parking and free bus into the city. Really relaxing.

Every thing was super with great facilities.

wc was missing a seat cover (maybe it's a Luxembourg thing?) fridge makes a very loud noise (I'm usually not sensible to noise at all)

Mixed review here. Lovely and clean, nice facilities, first impressions were great.

It has a mild smell of sewage from the bathroom all the time, as if someone left bins there. But it was spotlessly clean. We were a family of 5 in The apartment and I felt the family part was ignored or forgotten. The cot I requested wasn’t there, I got one eventually but there had been a mix-up. There was no bedding at all available for the sofabed for my children, no duvet covers, not even enough pillows. I had to search in the basement supplies for these and bring them to myself. Even if the cot was an oversight, the sofabed is a bed and should have appropriate bedding waiting to be used in the apartment. The aircon did not work which was awful as it was very hot so it was disappointing - we even downloaded the user manual to figure it out it and couldn’t. There were no cloths to wipe tables and keep it clean, no soap provided so I had to buy some. We got the impression it is very new and barely used so these things haven’t been figured out - but should be, even after 1 stay these things are obvious. We had young children with us and the internal stairs of the apartment are sheer drops so do be careful with small children.
