"Excellent hostess, delicious breakfast and very welcoming"

The hostess, Chantal, was so helpful. She gave loads of information about the area before we even arrived, which helped plan our stay. Her breakfasts were totally delicious and different each day. Very comfortable accommodation overlooking the dam. Her reception on arrival was very warm and welcoming. Definitely highly recommend A State of Grace.

The property has a lovely ambiance with kind and thoughtful hosts. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. set above the dam with lovely views. Hot drinks served on arrival and in the evening. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Tot in de puntjes verzorgde accomodatie, heel netjes en schoon, in Alice in Wonderland decor. Mooi terras met spectaculair uitzicht over de rivier. Gezellige ontbijtkamer met open haard, voor in de winter. Fantastisch ontbijt, met liefde en aandacht bereid. De gastvrouw geniet er overduidelijk van om gasten te ontvangen. Heel hartelijk en behulpzaam, stuurde van tevoren veel informatie door per WhatsApp en reserveerde een tafel voor het avondeten bij een plaatselijk restaurant. Jammer dat wij maar 1 nacht hier verbleven.

I would like to emphasize that in every way it was an extremely nice experience for us to stay in this accommodation. The bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished. The pool is very nice and access is possible directly from the room. The view from the pool and terrace directly on the lake. The breakfast was absolutely superb. Excellent communication with the owner who collected very useful information for us regarding our trip to Cederberg.

The hostess, Chantal was absolute sunshine...friendly, helpful with tips for travel. The location is heaven. The house is exquisite. We had a fabulous stay. Wish we had stayed longer

Chantal and I corresponded continuously between booking and arrival. This meant security for us. She expected us, we didn't have to call and bother with codes. Immaculately clean, well-equipped accommodation. The breakfast is delicious and hearty. Chantál is a great host.

We can't find an excuse.
