Otel tam merkezde değil ama Canterbury zaten ufak bir yer olduğundan önemi yok çünkü merkeze 10 dakikada çok keyifli caddelerden geçerek yürüyorsunuz. Otelde odalar konforlu ve çok temiz, çarşaflar mis gibi kokuyor. Kahvaltıda yumurta bacon vs yoktu ben kaldığımda ana yine de çok keyifli ve zengin. Tek bir bayan personel vardı, o da çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Özetle, keyifli bir butik otel.

All good and spotlessly clean - Friendly and helpful staff - great breakfast pastries - Would recommend and stay here again.

I prefer a harder bed - but that's just my preference. The rooms were excellently furnished and spotless.

We really enjoyed our first visit to The Bat and Ball, which coincided with birthday and wedding anniversary celebrations. The room was clean cosy and comfortable with toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities provided. The shower was efficient and easy to use. Continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The property is in walking distance to Canterbury shopping centre. Staff were very polite and welcoming and if we’re ever in the area again we will definitely book another stay!

There were 2 flights of quite narrow stairs up to the room which some people might struggle with and parking space is limited although these issues didn’t really impact on our overall experience.
