The bedroom was comfy and spacious for 4 guests. Bathroom was clean. Check in was easy.

The pull out sofa bed in the room had fasteners missing and was quite unstable due to missing parts. The breakfast was okay but not much to it really. The electronic coffee machine only poured out hot milk, no coffee. Wasn’t a fan of our first interaction with the member of staff working in the morning. We hadn’t seen that where one of us had parked wasn’t a parking space as it was dark when we arrived. When we came down in the morning for breakfast, we were greeted with “Is that your car out there?”. No “Good morning” or any sort of greeting, just a very short, slightly rude question. We can understand that we weren’t supposed to park there but 1. We didn’t know and 2. We also could have been spoken to about it a bit nicer and less confrontational.

Modern, clean, comfortable and well thought out. Tea, coffee, hairdryer and toiletries all provided. Room cosy and beautifully decorated.

Provide Earl Grey tea and you will be perfect

Location was great, an easy walk into Canterbury for our trip to the theatre. The room was very clean and comfortable, including the en-suite. Bed comfortable with good pillows. Breakfast was very good, including the coffee. Easy online check-in and picking up and dropping off keys.

Some other guests were quite noisy in the evening but fortunately the were quiet later and overnight. However, not the hotel’s fault.

Would have liked to see a member of staff on arrival. And to be more clear who the staff were at breakfast.

The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. There's a microwave and mini-fridge available in the entrance. Quality bathroom accessories. Good breakfast! 15-minute walk from the center of Canterbury.

It was big, comfortable and quiet. When we came home in the evening it was ideal for relaxing and recharging for the next day.

We liked everything. Since we like to walk we didn’t even minded the walk to the city centre (15-20min). The breakfast selection was not too big but it had vegan and lactose free options.

The breakfast was nice. We had bran flakes, yogurt, berries and fruit and toast. We liked the plain Greek yogurt option. The assistant kept the berry bowl filled and we really liked it. it was a great start to our busy traveling day on the road.

Maybe a bit more protein for the breakfast. i know it was only a continental breakfast, but a hard boiled egg would have been a nice extra. But everything was really nice.
