Nous sommes restés bloqués dans l'ascenseur pendant un quart d'heure !!! Nos appels sont restés sans réponse !!!!! Nous avons forcé la porte.

Faltó que estuviera reparada una mancha de humedad importante en una pared, quizás nueva y no tuvieron tiempo.

The location, the comfort, the degree of autonomy offered by the flat. Allowed us to do whatever we wanted, on our own way and time. For us, make everything way more enjoyable.

It didn't really affect our stay, but the walls degradation caused by the humidity, which gives a poor look to the flat, and some towels, even if they'd been properly washed, presented some unpleasant stains.

We had a wonderful stay in Porto. The apartment is very well located, close to main attractions and with easy access to transportation. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very kind and welcoming. We stayed as two adults and one child and had no issues at all. Highly recommended!

La ubicación estupenda, había poco ajuar para cinco personas, sábanas, toallas, No habían paños de cocina ni bayetas, tampoco había fregona para el suelo

Más ropa de cama y baño y artículos de limpieza, los dispensadores estaban prácticamente vacíos
