Charming apt with Baroque view -

Location was right in the heart of the old part of Lecce. The apartment was bigger than the pictures indicated. The bedroom was huge, plenty of hanging space for clothes. Well-stocked kitchen. Everything you needed. Easy to go to the markets and cook a meal. We were there for 12 nights so used the washing machine, and balcony excellent for drying clothes. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. And Host Franzi responded with anything that we asked for. Our go-to cafe was doppioOO (double zero) 50m from our front door.

Nothing inside the apartment or the location. Worth mentioning, and it’s already included in the website description is that the apartment is on the third floor, with no lift. 70 steps up, 70 steps down. We used it as motivation for an fitness campaign.

this was one of the nicest places that I ever stayed at. the price was very reasonable, the apartment was very spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, it had a beautiful terrace overlooking the cathedral square. I would stay here again if I visit lecce again.

The only difficulty is that the apartments on the 3rd floor without an elevator. However, The location and setup are well worth it!

Excellent apartment in the heart of the historic centre. Quiet, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the terrace to the Piazza Duomo. It is possible to reach out and touch the Campanile. Franzi was a great host, extremely helpful and met us at the property on arrival.

Nothing to dislike but some may find the climb to the 3rd floor challenging. Did not bother us.

This accommodation completely exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect. The location in the middle of the historic center was perfect. Everything was within walking distance from the apartment. Franzi was very nice and communication via Whatsapp was great.

On the balcony you could literally touch the bell and if you look down every night there was something different going on. I was lucky to see a graduation in the middle of the square which was lovely and there was singing one night and dancing another night. On top of the roof I brought a blanket up and done a bit of sunbathing, it could have done with some furniture and plants. Inside the room, there was everything you need. Beautiful place I didn’t want to leave.

Only little comment is it was quite expensive area and the air-conditioning in the living room wasn’t great.

It is an amazing apartment in the centre of the old. town. The host was easy to contact and met me at the door. He was very friendly and clearly explained everything I needed to know about the apartment, restaurants to eat at and local markets.. The kitchen was superb, everything was spotlessly clean. The apartment had a bath, a shower and a washing machine. It was also very quiet and the air-conditioning worked well. There was also a private outdoor terrace with table, chairs and other comfortable seating.

There was not one thing about the place that I disliked. A word of warning though, it is on the third floor, with no lift, so be prepared for the stairs. However, the apartment is superb, so worth the effort.

Amazing stay, everything was perfetto. House with soul, comfortable, clean, beautiful terrace overlooking Piazza Duomo. Quiet and peaceful and you are in the heart of Lecce. Very friendly host Franzi. Thanks for everything💚

We were absolutely blown away by this apartment and this city! The location could not have been better and we loved the interior design. Located in the heart of Lecce, we were staying (literally) just below the Campanile del Duomo (you could reach out and touch it from the balcony). Having an espresso on the balcony overlooking the piazza was always the highlight of our day, especially with the afternoon light. The apartment was on the third floor of the building and there was no elevator but that was a welcome exercise with all the food we were eating.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a bit weird as it would spray the water but aside from that, everything was perfect! The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave.

The design and the location of the apartment are amazing. Franzi welcomed us and gave us so many hints about what to see, where to go, what to eat around the city of Lecce - great guy 😀. We were so happy that we chose this place.
