Charming apt with Baroque view -

Excellent location, well equipped, beautifully decorated and friendly host

The best place we stayed in our trip in Puglia. The apartment is beautiful, equipped with all the tools you could need. The bed is comfortable and the bathtub is a much appreciated detail. The location could not be better. Finally, the suggestions received by Franzi were fantastic and several restaurants ended up being our favorites of the trip. Thank you.

Host was very friendly and shared with us recommendations of the city on arrival. I would come back to this place again.

This is a beautifully designed apartament with everything one needs, in a fabulous location with a terrace right above the piazza del Duomo in Lecce (which for me is one of the most beautiful piazzas in whole Italy). I had an amazing time, everything was great. Would love to return. Many thanks to Nico and Franzi for their hospitality.

The apt is really charming and beautiful, exactly behind Duomo in Lecce, and it has morew than all necessary facilities. The host is amazing. I strongly recommend. I am staying her for the second time. You just need to be prepared to go upstairs (4th floor), but most of buildings in Lecce don't have lifts

There is nothing to criticize

right at the centre, close to restaurants, places of interest, even the train station is a kilometres or so away.

We love Lecce and a major reason is Nino’s apartment. Right in the middle of action, it has funky deco, great amenities, interesting artworks, and a fabulous terrace where you could touch the wall of the bell tower (Campanile del Duomo) and watch people on the piazza! There is a shared rooftop with a great view of the bell tower and the piazza. Okay it took three floors of steps to reach the apartment, but it was well worth the effort and Franzi, the owner’s friend, met us and helped with carrying our luggage. Nino the owner and Franzi are terrific hosts. They allowed early check-in, gave good travel tips, and bought us a kettle during our stay. There is also a new Nespresso machine and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils. If his place is available for your dates, give yourself a treat and book it. We didn’t want to leave and hope it will be available when we are next in Lecce!

Beautiful apartment in a super central location, clean, comfortable and close to all amenities. I loved the terrace outside and the decor of the place. This place is a true gem. Great communication with the host who was available and very knowledgeable.
