Saw cockroaches on the first night that we stayed. House rules for no cooking “strong odour” food was weird and asking guests to vacuum before leaving was also an odd request for as we were travelling for a funeral. Yes this was circumstantial but it shouldn’t be required for anyone, hire cleaners.

Spot on size and location, and house in really good condition. Everyone commented on the bed comfort.

Not really anything. Could have had a few more kitchen things, but that’s just being picky to be honest. Love a flannel, and they were there, we just had to find them. Again, no major whatsoever. Didn't really like having to vacuum before leavings that's not why you stay at an AirBnB. Have many friends with them and none ask for this - it should really be factored in. It's the last thing you want to have to think about when packing up.

Large, spotlessly clean modern unit close to university and eateries in Hamilton East. The premise insulation is very good without the need for heater.
