BGC, Luxe McKinley Condo at Venice Residences, Free Parking and WiFi

We couldn't figure out how to have TV to watch.

The location is close to the venue of an event I attended. The Venice Grand Canal Mall is neighboring the property. So, I’m close to restaurants, shopping stores, a grocery store, a bookstore, etc. I also felt safe at this location.

The convenience & location are great

The poor communication by the owners and another person in their behalf who harassed & intimidated us. We were told the unit is fit to accommodate 4 adults when we booked. When we got there, the receptionist told us it's only for a maximum of 3 people. We had to contact the owner & sign a number of guests violation! The unit was so cramped with 2 adults sleeping on a small sofa bed & practically no closet space. It was definitely uncomfortable. We also booked for a late check out of 3pm as we have a late evening flight. It was agreed upon by the owner in writing. On the day of our check out, the receptionist informed us that we need to vacate by 11am. We then needed to contact the owner's representative who acknowledged the late check out arrangement we made but were told that "there are guests checking in at 2pm." He was guilt tripping us saying "how would you feel if you have to wait for your room to check in?" That wasn't our fault at all! We stood our ground & explained that had it been brought to our attention earlier, we could have organised a different arrangement! To be rushed on the day & practically kicked out was unfair, unprofessional & caused unnecessary stress for us. Then this man actually came to the lobby to see & intimidate us. He told us to NOT give a bad review for this place. It was an overall unpleasant experience.

Aircon was not functioned at all, very noisy No hair dryer, but I got it next day. No instructions to get hot water and wifi connection

Very cozy, near many shops and venice canal is a big plus, not too far from airport, clean, safe and helpful staff

Planned to hire a car, but when I inquired from reception about free parking, i was told that the parking is for a fee and far from the building. I did not bother getting a car then, which could have been helpful to go around the city

The interior design, complete appliances and necessities, the view and easily access to the mall. No extra fee to access the pool, just book early.

Great location, helpful staff, and friendly owners. The place itself is very comfortable, clean, and well furnished. The free parking is a great plus!
