BGC, Luxe McKinley Condo at Venice Residences, Free Parking and WiFi

as a solo traveller its a spacious , comfortable, clean place to stay . i love the kitchen it has everything you need although i didnt really use much this space . the electric kettle, big refrigerator and microwave are very useful for me. Aircondition, TV with Netflix and Wi - Fi is a big plus . The view from Balcony are amazing .

on my arrival as a solo traveller carrying 2 of 20kgs plus weight luggages is a struggle . The taxi driver called for assistance for my luggages but no one offer me a help , security guard opened the entrance door for me while im dragging my 2luggages in the reception area . im do dissapointed on all the staff on the day of my arrival . Everything is opposite on the day i checked out , staff / security guard are more nicer and helpful on that day . About the Condominium - everthing is perfect for me . I will sure be back next time with my family.

Location

The smell in the corridor There is no garbage chute on every floor ,u have to go all the way to B1. The condo owner must provide more garbage bags in the room. Staying in condo is good only if u are family and will stay for 4 days and more. If u just couple and couple of days NOT worth to stay in condo. Staying in the hotel is much much better ,u will feel and enjoy the luxury stay with free nice breakfast. And the service much better.

Location is good for restaurant choices.

Late check in made worse by the property manager delaying it by another 2+ hours. The receptionist had to take photos and send all my booking confirmation # to Ariel Plata. There's an email from the unit owner I had to show to proved my booking etc. It was an exhausting process just to check in. Bathroom light is very dark. No toiletries & only 2 towels for 2 days stay. No pool towel if you decide to swim. Kitchen looks clean, but bring cockroach spray.

The location is perfect. The mall is just right below the property. It’s convenient as I am travelling with my Mom.
