German cockroaches inside the utensils drawer, i thought the review just a lie from the other guest well its true and kitchen not organized and not clean. The floor is not clean and dusty furniture. No netflix and.cable just a.free channel fr samsung tv.

It was a good location with a decent view of the BGC Canal Mall

There were at least 20 cockroaches throughout the ENTIRE room! The only good thing was that we were only staying there for one night but I could barely sleep as I was uncomfortable knowing there were cockroaches everywhere! They were crawling out from the sinks, taps, and even the shower drain. Another thing was how uncomfortable the bed is. It was almost like sleeping on the floor, that’s how hard the bed was. Upon arrival as well, there was a hairtie with hair on it and around it left on the rug. This was unhygienic and a shock to walk into. We booked a few hours before our arrival, however we had trouble with reception as they couldn’t find our booking regardless of me showing and presenting booking references, emails, confirmations etc. The booking was placed under a random name for our room! I showed them my confirmation email to show them that that was not my name and this whole checking-in process took about an hour!! The building is also tucked away and hard to find considering the different towers. It was hard to find on maps and only the main tower comes up on the grab app for pick up and drop off so we had to walk to the hotel from s different tower.
