Very nice and comfortable. Warm, clean, good space. Beds comfortable. Lovely large kitchen

Upstairs bathroom was cold and wouldn't heat. It had no coffee options such as French Press to make a real coffee

"Little Gem near Durham/Darlington & Locomotion"

Great location, excellent base to explore the local area. Amazing value for money, well laid out, spacious, nice little touches: welcome biscuits... etc. Nice little pub next door, sound insulation is great between house & pub.

Nothing we really missed or disliked perse, but left some minor suggestions in the guestbook for the owner's consideration. Such as coathooks in hallway would have been handy.
