Ivy on Sea Villa

The room was clean and cozy. It had hot water kettle and complimentary tea bags.

The washroom was super small apartment from the that the shower drain was literally clogged so I had to wait for the water to drain out after after I have used the shower for a while otherwise the water would overflow and spill

It was very dirty was given a wrong code the carpet had stains the bedding wasn’t clean there was dust and crumbs all over the floor it was horrendous

we did not have breakfast there, the room was quite Cosy.

the area where the guest house was a bit closed in.

Owner was very understanding about mine and my friends findings what we weren't happy about, and provided a refund. He obviously wants to ensure guests are happy, he was very polite about everything too.

Unfortunately it was a little difficult to get into the room being a touch pad, it didn't seem to like the code. The room was dusty, had hot rocks and crumbs on the carpet. My friend has copd and it was very dusty, and smelt a little damp. The bathroom looked like it was having work done. The garden was over grown and there is a big step down to the outside. The drains were blocked outside. I don't like to be negative but that were our finding.

The flat is clean and tidy

The advertisement was a different thing to the reality as the picture of the room on the picture is the main room at the entrance and closer to the toilet as I paid for. wider than the rest of the rooms above. This shouldn’t have been advertised as a villa as it contains one single bathroom. The other misleading part is that shows as well a seaside bench with a sea view, in reality you will have to walk around 1.5 miles to the seafront

Their was no breakfast

The room could have been cleaned properly the skirting boards the shower wasn't clean so we didnt use had to wash at sink . Inside kettle was disgusting. Differently didnt like the frontdoor code same as my room so had to take some things with me as didn't feel safe. The sofabed had a pillow and a quilt under it but no clean beding to cover so couldn't use ,so we had to shear a bed . The bed did'nt smell clean .If it was clean maybe needed windows open as had a musty smell .
