Ivy on Sea Villa

Room was bit small but adequate for our needs. I asked owner for fan and was happy to assist and had one within 30 mins of my request. Definitely stay again

The only thing I would say for room i stayed in and for the ladies is that a mirror could have been on wall as hair dryer lead not long enough for mirror in wardrobe. But a suggestion not a bad comment

Dirty, smelly. Most of the facilities are below standard. None livable.

not that much

it is a 4 bedroom housing, all full at the time. Only one bathroom/toilets to share. The other occupants were not particularly friendly. Small kitchen with no table to seat with direct access to the loo and dirty laundry all around. The bedroom was small without any proper furniture to store our clothing, so we left them standing on the floor. The outside property, particularly the back yard was dirty and very badly kept. The drain from the bathroom was overflowing with foam and smelly. We thought enjoying this space for al fresco diner (forget about it). Cigarettes buds all over the place. The garden shade was full of rubbish bags, and smelly. The view from the bedroom had nothing romantic! etc etc etc. On our departure at 8 am morning builders arrived on an bank holiday Monday. We did not know who they were just saying there were here to do some work (very scary at first as they had the keys), we did not feel safe really and happy to leave.

We was told there was a balcony and a full apartment. All we got was a dirty little room. Rock hard bed and dust everywhere. The owners lived in the place to which we didn't know about either. We would like a refund as it was the worsted stay we ever had and my partners anxiety was very bad as she couldn't relax or feel safe
