Luxe City Hot Tub: Urban Retreat

The location was in a residential street, and first impressions did not look the best area. The property itself have very narrow concrete steps down to the property. The keys are left in a locked box at the rear of the property but very easy to access. Nice media wall with smart tv, comfortable bed and good shower.

First impressions of the property were good, and it looked like the pictures. However as our visit went on small things became apparent. The drawer next to the bed was slightly damaged, there were no slippers to go with the dressing gowns. The dressing gowns were quite rough and creased. There was one incident that i would like to share though. We stayed over Christmas, and around 9.45pm on our first night we had a knock at the door from a man who was clearly drunk saying he had booked the property for that evening. We contacted the host and after a few tries he answered and confirmed that we were the only booking. It took around 15/20 mins to get rid of the unexpected visitor who wanted to come in for a drink. This clearly was not the host's fault but i do feel he could of maybe checked in with us the next day to ensure we were ok. It also brings me back to the kind of area that the property is situated in. Also there were no outside lights working at the time of our visit making it hard to operate the hot tub.

The Hot tub could have been warmer on arrival, the outside light didn't work. The kitchen could have done with a couple more cooking utensils.

Property was very modern and clean , very comfortable bed and the use of hot tub was incredible

Looked exactly like photos. Nice little touches and beautiful decor Clean apartment Hot tub was set lovely and warm! I appreciated the speedy replies and contact with me with any questions I had.

Coming in via the back entrance as didn’t find it as pleasant going down an alley way that doesn’t reflect the lovely place it is inside. Would be much nicer to access through the front door.
