Luxe City Hot Tub: Urban Retreat

The property is in a decent location, close to the city centre and train station.

Lack of cleanliness - bedding had stains/unpleasant smells. Bathroom smelt awfully damp with visible mould behind wooden walls (owner must be aware of this as there are damp pots underneath the bathroom sink). Dirty cups. Outside lights did not work. Bluetooth for hot tub did not work. Kickboard below fridge fell off as soon as we opened the fridge door. Occupant above the property was slamming their feet around from 5am. Heating did not work (owner must also be aware of this as he messaged to ask what time we were leaving so that the boiler man could come (found this very unprofessional when we have paid to stay until 11am). Cleaner was sat outside waiting for us to leave. Human excrement in alleyway

No hot water boiler had been turned off and ashtray full of cigarettes left in garden

The people upstairs made a lot of noise early morning

Hot tub had too much chlorine in and it foamed up a lot. Only got left two towels one each for two night which would have been better with two. Bathroom had a mouldy smell to it. Other than few little bits it was an amazing stay!!

We couldn’t use the hot tube untill the next day for half hour before we left as it was to cold little disappointed ☹️

Absolutely gorgeous decor, clean, cozy, romantic, amazing hot tub that was easy to use, netflix to watch in bed, overall wonderful and luxurious feel, will 100% be returning!

The drain smell in the bathroom
